Soho House Festival:
The Archive
Twenty years. One festival. Thousands of moments that became Soho House legend.
George has been Festival Director since 2004, building Soho House Festival from the ground up into one of the most anticipated events on the members' calendar. What started as an idea became an annual pilgrimage - live music, comedy, food, drink, and a day where the usual rules don't apply.
Over two decades at Gunnersbury Park, the lineup has included Fatboy Slim, Nile Rodgers, Jessie Ware, Chaka Khan, and countless others who turned up not just to perform, but to be part of it. Brand partnerships with Patrón, Grey Goose, and Amazon. Food from Berenjak, Wright Bros, and rotating pop-ups that became destinations in themselves.
But the artists and sponsors aren't what make this festival work. It's the tens of thousands of details that happen before gates open - the staging, the flow, the surprises, the moments members talk about for months after. George has directed every single one.
