The Gala at St Martin's

Fundraising galas have a reputation problem. They're often worthy and dull, or glamorous and empty. St Martin-in-the-Fields Trust asked us to design something different - an evening that made donors understand what they were actually funding, not just feel good about writing a check.

We turned the entire building into a journey. Each space revealed a different charity or project, each room had its own atmosphere. Live music in the crypt. Curated moments throughout. A menu that connected to the evening's purpose. Full creative direction, production management, and vendor coordination for 200+ guests, many of whom had never been to a fundraising event that felt this human.

The gala launched a multi-year campaign and became the template for how St Martin's engages its supporters going forward. Turns out people are generous when they actually understand the impact.
